(2) Interviews, first was a laid back get to know you interview, the second being more technical. the second interview also included the other financial analyst. Neither of the interviews included silly "what if" scenarios that some companies like to throw out there to stump you. Just specific job related questions.

I was interviewed and references checked then hired, I went in for orientation which was on the computer, took approximately 3 days then I was oriented on the floor doing resident care and assessment. This process was 2 weeks then I was released to work on my own.
