Medidata Solutions interview questions

I was rejected after my interview with the hiring manager, where she asked me zero questions. The entire interview was just her talking about the company, yawning throughout. No questions, no assessment and still a rejection. Candidates spend time preparing for interviews. If a decision has already been made, don’t waste people’s time bringing them in.

The whole process was pretty straight forward not an excessive amount of rounds either, they were pretty timely with feed back which is always appreciated in any interview process. Overall good interview experience.
