Medinfi Healthcare interview questions

I applied through intershala in this startup company. Then I got mail regarding completing a programming task in a specific amount of time. I completed their task and then they kept me on wait for 3 days for telling result. After 3 days they sent me confirmation for next interview round face to face at their office. I went on given date and time, they took my technical round for more then 40 minutes. On completion of this round they took 30 min for another interview with their founder. He didn't mentioned while interviewing that he was the owner. Then he asked all types of ethical and time management questions related to past experiences to check personality. This went for 35-40 minutes. Then he said that HR will contact you. Next day I received mail from HR that my profile will be on hold for 2 weeks. I stressfully waited, then in the end of 2 weeks they didn't revert back to me with no decision. So I pinged HR, she told me about 1 more interview on telephonic call on next day. I didn't understood the reason for another same round of interview. But next day they forgot to call on given time which I reminded them to call, then again same type of technical questions where asked as previously for 25-30 minutes. Then they again unprofessionally took 2 days to respond with mail, that they have considered someone else and I didn't scored well comparetively. They didn't told where I was not good, and said will consider me in future for next position.
