The job Ad is a FISHING SPAM!! BE ALERT!!!!
They set up a video conference interview to basically STEAL ideas and fish the topics they do not know! Once they asked everything about very specific details of materials I was an expert on, they shifted gear to more operational questions, such as "what do you need to equip a polymer lab?"
I got suspicious when I was asked about my expected salary in front of a chemist there! somebody who we were supposed to work together.
After 6 weeks of post-interview follow up, the HR said that they have not selected any candidate yet. Then, they re-posted the job Ad again!
