Interview
1st round:
30 min phone screen
2nd round:
2 hour interview which included an office tour, sit down interview with 1 individual, then went and shadowed a recruiter; sat with them at their desk, listened in on phone calls and observed what they're doing. Then moved on to another sit down interview with two account managers.
3rd round:
4 hour interview which started with a sit down interview with 2 individuals (the Chicago office director and one of the division managers) lasted about an hour. Then moved on to shadow another recruiter,listened in on phone calls and basic observation. From there went back to a sit down interview with an account manager. The final leg was a lunch with with a recruiter and an account manager from Alma mater.

The interview process started with a phone screening and went well. However, they hiring recruiters that contacted me were not on the same page and provided mixed messaging. After going through multiple screenings and an in person interview, I was ghosted and not informed on an answer.

They asked me about my education goals and how they directly aligned with the medical sales recruiter role
A long interview process but a lot of detail about the company. It was first a phone interview and then a final virtual interview. It was very extensive and each round took about an hour or so.
Everyone was very nice and asked great questions to have me share my stories, accomplishments and challenges. Got to interact with lots of different people and meet different leaders. There are a few rounds of interviews to go through
