The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Medix (Bloomington, IN) in Sept 2016
Interview
I applied online and received an email from a recruiter to schedule a phone screening the next day. The phone screening went well, but they only left me with "please stop by our table at the career fair". They also had me take a strange behavioral online assessment. At the career fair I met with a sales associate and they asked me right there for a next day interview. The interview was about half an hour, although I felt like the person interviewing me continued to try to stump me with questions and almost set me up to trap me. I honestly don't know what kind of answers they are looking for. Told me they were a bit concerned that I had never been in the same kind of fast paced environment, even though this is an entry level right out of college position....

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Medix (Chicago, IL)
Interview
The interview process started with a phone screening and went well. However, they hiring recruiters that contacted me were not on the same page and provided mixed messaging. After going through multiple screenings and an in person interview, I was ghosted and not informed on an answer.

Question 1
They asked me about my education goals and how they directly aligned with the medical sales recruiter role
A long interview process but a lot of detail about the company. It was first a phone interview and then a final virtual interview. It was very extensive and each round took about an hour or so.
Everyone was very nice and asked great questions to have me share my stories, accomplishments and challenges. Got to interact with lots of different people and meet different leaders. There are a few rounds of interviews to go through
