Interview
It was a short phone call that felt very awkward and un natural, almost as if the interview was being forced. It turned me off from the company and even after I declined the recruiter asked to connect with me so I could refer people to them in the future.

Why do you think you would be a good fit for this role
A recruiter reached out to me and we scheduled a preliminary phone call that I felt well. She expressed that she thought I would be a great fit and then about a week later she texted saying they were not choosing to move forward. Like you reached out to me lol
