Applied online, had a referral, someone from HR (not from team and did not have engineering background) reached out for a phone screen to discuss the role and my background, we met for a 30 minute phone call, did not move forward with me

There were 3 rounds of interviews for this position. First round was a phone interview, the second round was a video interview, and the third round was an in person interview. The interviews were very standard for this position, nothing stood out as particularly noteable.
