I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Medline Industries (Mundelein, IL) in July 2016
Interview
First round I had a phone interview with the recruiter. Second round I had two phone interviews with the hiring manager and VP. I made it through the final round and had a 3 hour interview with four members in the department. Very long process and one of the interviewers didn't even seem like he enjoyed his job. Overall, I'm glad that I didn't receive an offer. The people in the department seemed very dull and not outgoing.
I interviewed at Medline Industries (Iowa City, IA)
Interview
There were 3 interviews. One was with recruiter, one with manager and QA and the last one was with the director of the customer service department. The last one was more of a get to know you where they offered the position.
Very easy. Just have reasons why you think you'd be a good fit and your sales process. Have a plan in mind going in and be confident with your answers.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Medline Industries
Interview
I had a total of 9 interviews. First was with a recruiter, then with the Divisional Manager, then a ride with a Sales Rep/trainer (not as formal of an intervew) and then a trip to corporate and had another 4 interviews (each one lasting 30 mins with higher ups from various departments) and then a a final one with the Regional Manager. The Regional said "she was the deciding factor" after it was a 50/50 split on whether or not to hire me during the corporate interviews. The final meeting was more or less her getting to know me.
