Question 1
How would your communicate information among different individuals of the company, ie from manufacturer employee to senior executive?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Medline Industries (Northfield, IL) in Feb 2017
Interview
Process took a few weeks. First two phone interviews with members of the engineering team, fairly straightforward, didn't ask any real questions. Final round was at one of their north shore facilities. We took Wonderlic test on the computer and then went through a series of two interviews. In both of the interviews the interviewer really didn't ask me any questions, they just talked about the projects they were working on. Overall I though I had dont really well. I answered 47 questions on the wonderlic and thought the interviews went well, but in the end I did not receive an offer.
Met them at career fair, the first step in the process was an in-person interview the following day, second step was a phone interview, then sometimes a third step is an on-site day of interviews from various people in various departments.
