The Interview process is very very very slow and can test all your patience to just hear from them(because they simultaneously interview more and more candidates and keep you on hold obviously to make you feel that there might be someone more worth it than you). I cleared the telephonic round which they informed after 2 weeks from date of interview. To confirm The telephonic round was given by me to the best of my ability and was alas happy that feedback was positive. However, I am still not called for the face to face round. And I am not waiting also assuming the position would have gone to someone luckier or may be it is on hold again. My request to the recruiters - please don’t keep someones emotions hanging. If you have not selected someone - please tell them so they don’t follow up.
