My interview process was:
- Recruiter Conversation
- Hiring Manager Interview
- Panel Interview with 2 members of the team
- Separate interviews with 2 different Vice Presidents
- Interview debrief with Hiring Manager
After all of that, I was not offered the role. I was disappointed that after all of the prep work, time, and making it to the final round- when I emailed the hiring manager for feedback, I was ghosted.
I get that any organization receives hundreds of candidates and can’t give each one feedback, but with so many steps leading to a final Interview and debrief, for the 1-2 candidates that didn’t get the offer, feedback goes a long way and provides a more positive experience.
