I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Medline Industries (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2022
Interview
Overall the interview process was pretty straightforward. Starts with a phone screening, then you move onto interviews with members of the team in the product category you would be aligned to. The recruiter was very helpful and was ready to answer any questions I had during the process.
One thing I noticed that was a bit of a red flag while interviewing— they had so many associate product manager positions open to fill. After my first interview with a manager, they decided to move forward with another candidate but I was offered a chance to interview for the same role within another product line. This happened 3 times, and I was offered a 4th (so would’ve been 4/14 product lines I’ve interviewed for). All good if I’m not a good fit, and I appreciate how they try to find other placements for you. However, this led me to believe that there was a high turnover in this role.

Question 1
Give an example of a time where you have had to work through a difficult client dilemma?
3 rounds of talking — interview was a while back so don’t remember much. Questions were fairly generic so unsure how they come up with their decisions. It felt as if this was a personality hire type of interview with not as much substance

Interview
1 phone screening
1 HR round
2 rounds with senior product managers
Very fast process and informative from the company side. However, the 2 final rounds with the senior product managers were 45 minutes and back to back, and I had to do them online.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Medline Industries (Chicago, IL) in July 2025
Interview
The first interview consisted of Behavioral Interview Questions. I met with a Senior Product Manager and when I didn’t move on in the interview process the only feedback I received was to brush up on my business acumen.
