Overall the interview process was pretty straightforward. Starts with a phone screening, then you move onto interviews with members of the team in the product category you would be aligned to. The recruiter was very helpful and was ready to answer any questions I had during the process. One thing I noticed that was a bit of a red flag while interviewing— they had so many associate product manager positions open to fill. After my first interview with a manager, they decided to move forward with another candidate but I was offered a chance to interview for the same role within another product line. This happened 3 times, and I was offered a 4th (so would’ve been 4/14 product lines I’ve interviewed for). All good if I’m not a good fit, and I appreciate how they try to find other placements for you. However, this led me to believe that there was a high turnover in this role.
