The process was fast and easy. The interview was not difficult. The hiring manager was certainly inexperienced and unprepared for the interview. I did not get selected because there was another candidate ahead of me in the process. It is interesting how timing makes an impact on the candidate selection, not experience (from a competitor that uses the same business model), not track record, or education, but timing. I also felt that this manager would likely prefer someone younger and less experienced.

The phone interview went very well. I was moved along to take the aptitude test online, however the link for the test was not working. After two follow ups with the recruiter, I was not contacted with a fix and was unable to take the test, discontinuing the process. I was eager to continue with the process but the lack of follow through led me to look for other companies.
