Interview with corporate HR woman but she can't explain the role. She asks if you have COVID vax. 30 minute excel test which is easy. Then, interviewed on zoom with a supervisor from the area. He didn't seem interested in the interview. It was like going through the motions. After 2 weeks, I got the automatic email saying no.

Have you ever disagreed with a corporate policy and what did you do? Can you persuade people to order what you think they need? The excel quiz was 1. Make a pivot table, add an average to it. 2. Vlookup 3. Remove duplicates 4. A complex if function.

The interview consists of both a basic excel test followed up by a standard behavioral interview. It was quick, easy and to the point - no complaints on my end.
