I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Medline Industries (Hammond, LA) in Sept 2023
Interview
Very quick after initial application. A simple phone interview came next. I was asked for the best time and was scheduled promptly for this. Asked when they could schedule an in-person interview. The interview was within a day of the phone interview. the interview was super casual but professional. I felt there were no underlying issues. Everything was open and the interview was very honest about the position. I asked questions and because I'm not a spring chicken, knew they were shooting straight. Actually, I turned the job down and went in another direction. But because they were open and upfront I feel I made the right decision. The company is great and have worked around them. But at the time not for me. The interviewer actually started me in a direction with the company that really suited my skills better.

Interview
It was designed to assess a candidate's competence, character, and cultural fit, focusing on past behavior to predict future performance, if you know basic things about warehouse you can easily crack
Yes and No personality and character questions. Walk around the warehouse so you can see where you would be working and what kind of equipment you would use. Then you get an offer.
Interview was really easy overall. The manager did not ask too many technical questions, and just wanted to know a little more about me and my background. It was more of a conversation and was a pretty good first impression of the leadership style and company overall.
