I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Medline Industries (Mundelein, IL) in Sept 2014
Interview
I went through three rounds of interviews: two mid-level management, one high-level management. Questions were generic. Management basically wanted to know if I was OK working over 40 hours a week. Other questions were geared towards general marketing/operations. "How can you improve the profit margins on product X besides just raising the price?" Interviewers wanted to know how well I could work in a group and asked for a real life example of teamwork in my life.

Question 1
Are you comfortable that this job may require more than 40 hours of work a week.
3 rounds of talking — interview was a while back so don’t remember much. Questions were fairly generic so unsure how they come up with their decisions. It felt as if this was a personality hire type of interview with not as much substance

Don’t remember specific qs but pretty standard behavioral stuff
I applied online. I interviewed at Medline Industries
Interview
1 phone screening
1 HR round
2 rounds with senior product managers
Very fast process and informative from the company side. However, the 2 final rounds with the senior product managers were 45 minutes and back to back, and I had to do them online.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Medline Industries (Chicago, IL) in July 2025
Interview
The first interview consisted of Behavioral Interview Questions. I met with a Senior Product Manager and when I didn’t move on in the interview process the only feedback I received was to brush up on my business acumen.
