approached through linkedIN from prime vendor, First the phone screens with recruiter , If everything goes well they will schedule two interviews based on experience i believe ,I applied for a senior role, so thre were two interviews one front end and backend , While i was giving front end , The questions were more on the experience using front end , I couldnt articulate my answers properly , Even though i know the answers. That was my main problem. Prepare well on your experience and technologies you used. I was rejected and my next interview was also cancelled. But it was avery good interactive interview. All are virtual.
