Application Process:
I applied online and was contacted by HR within a week. The overall process was smooth and well-structured.
Interview Rounds:
Round 1 (HR Screening): The HR representative was polite and explained the role clearly. Basic questions about background, career goals, and notice period were asked.
Round 2 (Technical/Case Study): Focused on problem-solving and scenario-based questions. The interviewer assessed both technical knowledge and logical thinking.
Round 3 (Managerial/Panel): This round tested cultural fit, stakeholder management, and alignment with company values. It felt more like a discussion than a grilling interview.

4 rounds of interview + 1 psychometric test. They evaluated 4-5 other candidates during interview process. Got selected and they offered me 30% hike. Decent process, 4/5 stars. Eventually i got a better offer elsewhere.
