I applied through other source. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Meesho (Bengaluru) in July 2025
Interview
I interviewed for "Lead Business Analyst"
I cleared all the 3 rounds and got a positive feedaback from final Hiring manager that HR team will take my profile ahead. Guess what! 2 days later after following up, i get to hear , Feedback is not Positive from final round!
I don't understand what these guys are looking for from a candidate! This is 2nd such instance that i got left hanging after clearing all the rounds in last 5 months.
Interview process:
R1: Technical: (SQL and case studies in 1 hour)
R2: Problem Solving (case on Real Business problems that they are trying to solve at Meesho)
R3: Hiring manager - in depth case on Real Business problems that they are trying to solve at Meesho
I am disappointed with the outcome since everything went really well and moreover - I got a positive feedback from final panel and yet they rejected.
"Twice" - not once!!!
I would highly suggest to look for something else instead of wasting your time interviewing with meesho
Hope this helps if you're reading
