Meesho Key Account Manager interview questions

I am an off role employee hired by Akal Information Pvt Ltd / Clientpro services. My interview got aligned after 2-3 weeks and that too after lots of referrals. They just wanted basic things about excel (vlookup, pivot, sumif) and my previous job role work and took me in 2 rounds of online discussion. They do not discuss salary and provide the same to all offrole employees. Though you may try to negotiate. There is one additional question for whatever team you're getting hired into. Like if you're going for pricing/promotions team: they will say I'm a supplier on meesho try to convince me to drop the price in upcoming sale event. ad team: try convincing to put an ad on on meesho platform. Mall team: this is pretty difficult as they ask ask more difficult excel questions. Selection team: convince them to bring new products on pannel on a regular basis etc. Further in offrole process you'll never get hired on paper rather be on probation. you'll get a agreement of 11 months then 6 months then whatever number they feel like. never above 11 months. They rarely fire people but when they they do you're fired instantly. you're mail won't work from the next day just the salary will come for the working day in that particular month. If lucky enough to have discussion they will give a reason which won't be valid then tell you we're closing your mail. But again it is a complete WFH so it's fine.
