I applied through university. I interviewed at Meeting Sites Pro (San Diego, CA) in June 2016
Interview
Pretty relaxed. Two interviews. One with the CEO and one with the outgoing intern. Basic interview questions and situational questions. Overall everyone was very friendly. The first interview was at a coffee shop and the second was in their office. Office is small and the team was all very nice.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Meeting Sites Pro (San Diego, CA) in Oct 2016
Interview
The interview process was positive, and fast. I’ve been through interviews that have lasted months it was a relief to get through this process in 8 days. The interviewers knew what they were looking for and didn’t play any wait and see games that occur often. Both interviewers knew what they were looking for and wanted to make sure both the company and I were a good fit.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Meeting Sites Pro (San Diego, CA)
Interview
Interview process was very straightforward. I was contacted via LinkedIn by the CEO and asked to fill out a short questionnaire to assess my interest / capabilities for the opening. First interview was just with CEO, got to know her, very casual environment. Second interview was with CFO, asked typical behavioral questions, strong emphasis on loyalty and dependability. CEO and CFO had very different interviewing styles, however, it was clear that they were looking for the same characteristics in an employee.
