Had an initial interview with HR Rep and one of two customer service supervisors that was very pleasant and I felt comfortable the whole time. Second interview was with store manager and both customer service supervisors. Interviewers seemed very authentic and interested in me.

It was more formal, and a relaxing atmosphere. Family oriented company. Would recommend people to work for Meijer. Got to interview with store director. Did not take a long interview was about 35 minutes.

For my role, I was promoted from within. I went to another store and had a sit-down interview with two store directors from other stores. The questions they asked were situational-based, as the job working for retail is very situational.
