Interview
Interviewed with two managers, one was the service manager and one was the store manager. Interview took maybe 45 minutes to an hour. I interviewed one on one with the service manager first, then the store manager came in and I interviewed with her one on one. At the end of the interview I was offered the position and told when the orientation would be.

They asked basic questions about customer service and what type of hours or schedule I would need (I was in high school at the time).

Applied online and received phone call 2 days later. I arrived on time but did a lot of waiting around before the interview. Interview consists of a lot of situational questions. After that I came back the next week to do my paperwork then was in the next day

When I got there, I was promptly attended to by a team leader called Eric, who interviewed me for the position of utility worker, i was very nervous as this would be my first job interview ever, but Eric was concise, precise and overall nice, i spent half of the interview laughing.

Took over a month for them to even look over my application. When I got a call from them I completely forgot that I have even applied. Pay is horrible for the job we do and the raises are cheap.
