The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Melanie Lyne
Interview
I applied via Indeed for my city's Melanie Lyne office. I received a call within the week for an interview setup for the next day. I went there, the interview went on for half an hour or so, and the manager was asking questions from a form. We shared our experiences as well, chit-chatted for some time, I was told I was hired and was asked for availability etc. The on-the-job training started from Day 1.

Question 1
How are you with taking orders and managing stores? How do you like styling people?
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Melanie Lyne (Toronto, ON)
Interview
It was a group interview, we went in, filled out paper work then were asked to introduce ourselves to someone new. We spent 2-3 minutes doing this, after this we were asked to introduce the person we just met to the group. We then were shown a rack of clothing, where we picked out 1 piece, went around the store and had to make 3-4 outfits using this 1 piece. We showcased our outfit-making abilities to the group. I would advise looking through their style guides to see what is in style and what is not. Use lots of accessories and explain your outfits to the group as if you were trying to sell them to a client.
Good Luck!
