Interview
The interview process was relatively straightforward. It began with a phone call from the hiring manager, followed by a panel interview with two senior accountants. They mainly asked technical accounting questions relating to journals, reconciliations, and prepayments, as well as a few behavioural questions. The overall tone was polite but a bit cold, and not much detail was provided about team structure or growth opportunities. There was no HR involvement, and communication after the interview was quite slow.
