Melissa & Doug interview questions

Overall pretty straight forward, personality focused and not very technical. Recruiter that I worked with was very pushy and wanted details about every little thing. Probably the worst part about applying and interviewing for the role.

Was tested on skills and tasks until you slip up/make an error then interview was over. Never have been through a more strange evaluation of one’s abilities. Was a group interview and slowly watched others fail and leave. I guess last one standing got the job.
