Applied through LinkedIn. Got contacted by a Sr. Acct. Manager within 4 days. 30 minute phone screen. Invited to come to the office for a group interview. 7 candidates and 7 current MW employees. Took about 3 hours for the group interview. Was told that we would get an individual call later in the day to be invited to the final round. Got a call back within 2 hours. Final round consisted of 7 current employees interviewing you as an individual. The most intense interview I had ever had in my life. Another 2 mock phone calls. Final interview spilled over an hour. It was nice seeing the same faces from the previous round. I felt like the employees were trying to be intimidating to see how you'd react and hold it together. I was told by a past interviewee that the final round interview had actually made them breakdown and cry. I can see why but I didn't get to that point on my end.
