I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Meltwater (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2015
Interview
The group interview consisted of 10 or so other applicants and around 5 employees. It was somewhat nerve-racking in that we were each required to stand at the front of the room and talk about ourselves, our greatest accomplishment, and finally do a 1 minute "sales pitch" on something you are passionate about. If you get called back for the individual interview, then you will go to their office and meet with about 5 employees total. I thought it was strange that there were so many people interviewing me, but it was probably better than being interviewed alone by the ringleader because he was pretty annoying. Once I said that I wasn't passionate about sales the interview went downhill.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What do you think that we are worried about with you?
made it past the screening, learned from hiring manager they expect 150 dials per day, which is insane. you are a full cycle rep, how are you supposed to run any demos and close any deals if you are dialling 150 times per day. Not to mention the base pay is trash. what a joke.

Interview
Very kind and supportive team! However, I felt that the interviewer was not quite engaged from the beginning. Overall, great experience and enjoyed the process. The interview left me feeling excited about the opportunity and what it would be like to work at the company!

Interview
HR Screen: 30 minutes
Panel Interview: 60 minutes
Friendly team. Mock sales interview for the panel. Clear about expectations (need to hustle in this role, not a chill 9-5). Asked a mix of behavioural questions and motivation questions.
