Memorial Hermann Health System Director, Operations interview questions

I had two interviews for the role, the first interview was with the hiring manager and the second interview was with two potential colleagues. I felt rushed during the first interview when the interviewer stated that we had 30 minutes and she was setting her timer. Nevertheless, I moved on to the next round of interviews. There was a lot of confusion regarding the actual interview date and I had to interview the recruiter over the weekend. The second interview was a video interview as well, but one of the interviewers did not have her camera on and wasn't really to fully participate because she was at an appointment and could do more listening that talking. After the second interview, I never heard back from the recruiter. I sent her an email and she never responded. I interviewed at the beginning of March, and I just received an email today (3 months later) indicating they selected another candidate.
