Interview
Had to come into the office for the interviews with the research supervisors/ administrators and then met with the doctors within the specific service on another day. Once accepted within the position I had to get medical clearance from the employee health services including PPD, vaccines/ titers. In addition there is a urine drug screen that must be completed after you submit your background check. Overall the interviewing process was not difficult, but applicants should make sure to prepare accordingly and make sure you understand the aims of the research team and what you have to offer within the department. Everyone is very nice and look to hire qualified people to join their team. When meeting with the doctors bring a positive attitude and don't let their lack of enthusiasm affect your interview.
Efficient and professional. After submitting my resume in response to the job posting I was interested in, I received a call back within a week and was in the MSKCC offices for interviews within two weeks.

Interview
Call from HR department who matched me with a team a few months later, had an in person interview with the team. They were all really nice. Was then followed up and was placed on an alternative team which had a completely different dynamic and culture than my interview.

Behavioral, but basic because this is typically a first job out of college.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (New York, NY) in Aug 2018
Interview
I was called about 2 weeks after applying online, and scheduled a phone screen interview. The phone screen took about 10 minutes and I was asked pretty generic questions about my research experience and clinical experience. They then said I would need to come in for 2 more interviews over the next month, which seemed a little excessive.
