Interview
Received email to set up phone screen. Had the phone screen following day and asked to come in for second interview. Interviewed following week for 3 hours with HR person first, then 2 supervisors for department, then hiring manager for the entire research department. Following week I received another email being invited for second round interviews with one of the service doctors followed by 2 RSAs in the service I was interviewing for. Went home that day and received email asking for 5 references. References were completed within the next 3 days. Didn’t hear back for 3 weeks with constant emails for an update. Finally recruiter emailed saying they would email department for final update. Didn’t hear back for 2 weeks. Then got told over a voice mail that “they are no longer moving forward with that position” but would love to move forward with interviews in other services. Never heard from them again. High hopes over a long period of time to be let down in the end.

Call from HR department who matched me with a team a few months later, had an in person interview with the team. They were all really nice. Was then followed up and was placed on an alternative team which had a completely different dynamic and culture than my interview.

I was called about 2 weeks after applying online, and scheduled a phone screen interview. The phone screen took about 10 minutes and I was asked pretty generic questions about my research experience and clinical experience. They then said I would need to come in for 2 more interviews over the next month, which seemed a little excessive.
