I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (North Bergen, NJ) in Dec 2017
Interview
I went on 5 interviews in 4 days (it only took so long because of the holiday season and the snow storm). I met with HR, the clinical research supervisor for the specific department, a clinical research manager, a project manager, and a doctor. Everyone was nice and welcoming. After the first interview you have to send 5 references. The CRMS asked a lot of “Tell me about a time when...” questions and the doctor was more so concerned about your future plans and if what you’re interested in is relevant to the job/department you’re applying to. I got a call 2 days after my last interview and was offered the position.

I applied online. I interviewed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in June 2020
Interview
Call from HR department who matched me with a team a few months later, had an in person interview with the team. They were all really nice. Was then followed up and was placed on an alternative team which had a completely different dynamic and culture than my interview.

Behavioral, but basic because this is typically a first job out of college.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (New York, NY) in Aug 2018
Interview
I was called about 2 weeks after applying online, and scheduled a phone screen interview. The phone screen took about 10 minutes and I was asked pretty generic questions about my research experience and clinical experience. They then said I would need to come in for 2 more interviews over the next month, which seemed a little excessive.
