I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (New York, NY) in May 2018
Interview
The whole process took about 3 weeks. It started with a video interview with an HR representative. She told me about the salary, hours, described the basic job post, and asked if I was interested. I was then asked to tell a little bit about myself and my background. She scheduled an interview with a supervisor in that department the next week. That interview was very conversational and asked a lot of behavioral questions. Then I was asked to provide 5 references. After those references went through, I was scheduled to interview with the boss of the first interviewer. Again the interview was conversational and focused on behavioral questions as well as making sure I was a good fit for the team. I was offered the job later that day.

Call from HR department who matched me with a team a few months later, had an in person interview with the team. They were all really nice. Was then followed up and was placed on an alternative team which had a completely different dynamic and culture than my interview.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (New York, NY) in Aug 2018
Interview
I was called about 2 weeks after applying online, and scheduled a phone screen interview. The phone screen took about 10 minutes and I was asked pretty generic questions about my research experience and clinical experience. They then said I would need to come in for 2 more interviews over the next month, which seemed a little excessive.
