Straightforward: an interview with the regulatory manager and the clinical research manager. 2 weeks wait, and then a response from HR. Process length depends on the urgency. May take longer or less time to hear back from HR.

The entire process was pleasant and fast. Met with 4 different people in the department, including staff, managers and the PI in the span of 2 weeks. Smooth and fast process. It was intense but enjoyable process.
