Interviewed with 2 people. Applied in Mid April. Got my phone interview 3rd week of May. Went for my 1st face to face interview last week of June. 2nd interview was the 2nd week of July. Got an offer on July 19th by email and phone. They emailed me a link that same day to review my offer letter and accept it. The pay offer was good with a night differential of 10%. Starting hourly pay is $25 (5 years experience) and $2.50 on top of that for a total hourly pay of $27.50 if you work nights. PCT’s no longer work 12 hour shifts, RN’s either. Because the workload is heavy it has been changed to 8-10 hours depending on your unit. I’ll be working 8 hours, 5 days a week. The benefits are amazing. The discounts and perks are phenomenal. They are Union (1199). Tuition reimbursement of $12.5K a year, not sure if that’s after 6 months or after a year of working.

Was ok even though I was on time. I waited an hour to meet with the supervisor. She said she was busy then I later find out they do that to test your patience.
