I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (New York, NY) in Feb 2013
Interview
I submitted my application through a job recruiter that came to my University. She called me back right away after having met me at the job fair. Then for two months I did not hear back and called numerous times to find out she had quit her job as a recruiter and I had to start my process all over again. Eventually when I did get an interview it was 3-part interview, first over the phone to check my fluency of Spanish. When I passed that I had two more interviews with 4 different people.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (New York, NY) in June 2015
Interview
I applied online months ago, I had even forgotten about it. Then, out of the blue, I received a phone call for an interview. I showed up with my resume and showed interest in the position. Gave great answers to questions like what are your weaknesses. After that, I received a phone call for the second interview. Later on that week, I filled out more paperwork for about my references and signed some consent forms then I was contacted with a job offer.
