I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (New York, NY) in May 2015
Interview
Resume and application submission followed by a computer based test, then a quick 15 minute phone interview. On site interview had multiple people interviewing you in the same day, for about a half hour each. Pretty typical interview questions, some of my peers had to go to multiple locations for their in-person interviews, but for mine the hiring team was all brought to one site.

Interview
Interview consists of behavioral questions and hiring managers will be listening for very specific examples. They will do their best to weed out generalities like “I would do x” and instead want to hear “In this situation I did these specific things and the outcome was _”.

Interview
Very detailed process. It included the STAR method - Interviewers discussed this in the beginning of the interview. Unfortunately, I ended up declining the role and going with a different offer.
