It started off with a quick informational call. It was then followed up with a formal interview within the next week. It lasted roughly 45 minutes and was a mix of formal informational/situational judgment questions. The questions really pick your brain. They really like when you pull from various experiences and when you tell a full story. Bonus if you incorporate the lessons you learned or how you grew from the experience within the answer.

Just completed first step which is the AI interview waiting on scheduling the next interview. This is a hybrid position therefore I am wondering if second interview will be online interview or in person, and how many rounds of interviews I will be given.
