I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (New York, NY) in Dec 2015
Interview
I filled out the online application and took the assessment. I was contacted 1-2 days later by a Talent Acquisition Specialist who asked me a few basic questions (why healthcare, why MSK, why the SA position), and then asked me to come in for an interview about 2 weeks later. I interviewed with the same Talent Acquisition Specialist, who referred me to interview with two supervisors. They spoke for about 10 minutes after my interview and then said they'd like me to meet with their manager. Then I got a quick tour and was contacted later that evening for references. I submitted my references the next day and received an offer the following business day. Overall the questions were very behavioral and they wanted specific examples. As long as you're prepared and have had ample experience working with people to draw from, you'll have no problem! Everyone was so nice, made me feel comfortable, and loves working at MSK. Great experience overall!

Interview
Interview consists of behavioral questions and hiring managers will be listening for very specific examples. They will do their best to weed out generalities like “I would do x” and instead want to hear “In this situation I did these specific things and the outcome was _”.

Very detailed process. It included the STAR method - Interviewers discussed this in the beginning of the interview. Unfortunately, I ended up declining the role and going with a different offer.
