Initial contact with memoryBlue recruiter, (basic questions and feeling out candidate) 2. Interview with memoryBlue staff manager 3. Interview with managing director 4. Interview with managing director (in person) for a sales call and call analysis overview, function & compensation overview. Overall I felt like the whole process was attentive, I felt valued as a candidate, communicated with regularly. You could even say it was a model-like process of how it should be,
