group meeting, went over company policy and sales, then asked us to write down what we think is good sales. then we sat down with the general manager and he explained to us how we would be signing our lives away
The interview process is straightforward. The hiring mangers were friendly and helpful when describing the questions. After interview, the training process was helpful to work with the team. Additionally, other online trainings are provided.

They asked me how I dealt with problems with customers and how I handle those situations.
I applied in store and received a call back within days of applying. We set up a time and date for an interview. Upon arrival I was greeted and told where to go for my interview. The interview started on time and was very professional.

Interview process was a sit down in person meeting. The HR representative conducted the interview and it was a simple process of questions. After the interview I waited about 15-20 minutes on site and was given the offer just after.
