Submitted a resume, got a phone call for an interview. Talked about myself and my experiences. Asked me if I am okay doing manual labor and a few other weed out questions. Hired me on the spot, told me to come in soon and do basic information. Came in and did basic information and then started working. Worked a 9 hour shift the day I went in to do basic information. Pretty not cool
One interview with an HR representative that was mainly behavioral questions. It was a nice experience and I heard back from them very quickly regarding the status of my interview and if I had gotten the job.

The interview process was fairly simple fill out a couple pages of info and then the basic questions about your work history and the job. They hire you right there on the spot most of the time and it is easy work.
