I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Mendel in July 2022
Interview
As some people said so, pretty unorganized. And I feel disrespected.
There was a phone call from recruiter, then 2 technical rounds with the CTO and a senior engineer. And 3rd round was a 15 min video call with the CEO.
The CTO showed no interest in my project experience. However, the senior engineer was pretty friendly. In the next day, there was a short video call with the CEO.
The CTO said they'll schedule a live coding session. However, I got this after a week and after I scheduled it, they canceled it the next day without giving any reasons.
