Meneses Law Software Developer interview questions

Terrible experience! I was first called for a phone screen, and the person I spoke to was asking me questions that were directly on my resume. Afterwards she stated that it is a requirement to work in office 100%, and on Saturdays twice a month, after stating on the job description that employees do not have to work weekends. After showing up on time for the interview and waiting 20 minutes, I was let into a room where I filled a form that I had filled out online when applying, asking me the same exact questions. The interview consisted of a 3 person panel. One person had their air pods in, and when he wasn't asking questions he was playing on his phone the entire duration of the interview! Another interviewer asked me the same question from my resume 4 times in a row. Afterwards, another person walks in, and the new interviewer asks me the same exact question the first engineer had already asked me. After leaving the interview HR called and gave me the offer. They said I would receive a formal offer later that day. I ended up receiving it the next day, and it was literally 2 lines of text stating the salary and start date. That's it. No formal offer letter, no list of benefits or time off or anything of the sort. One of the most bizarre experiences I've ever had.
