Very standard and no big margin for negotiation. The process was manly to access what they knew already. No chance to engage and defend my skills because it was all out of a script.

Talked to team manager. They tried to convince me to work for them for free and with my own laptop without payment in the first month. Later on I would receive 700 euros.
