30 min phone screen followed by a 2.5 hour interview with four different interviewers and an assessment test. Make sure you know the company and why you want to work for them in the first place, Be passionate.

Poorly skilled interviewer - overspeaks about the role giving me useless information about her personal career and how she got there, eventually asks me to talk about myself - I have a chance to speak for 10 mins. 2 questions from my side to know more about the role. She then says time is up as it was supposed to be a 30 minute chat. Feedback after 2 days - I wasn't concise enough and there was no time for questions. Ridiculous
