I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Meraki (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2023
Interview
Meraki has one of the best interview processes I've ever been through. From the moment the recruiter contacted me all the way to receiving and accepting an offer they were polite and highly communicative. The recruiters made sure that I was informed of each and every step in the process and what it entailed. The interviewers were very professional, but polite and it felt less like an interrogation and more like teammates working and talking together.
I applied online. I interviewed at Meraki in Oct 2024
Interview
I had a technical interview with two software engineers. One was driving and the other was observing. I was told to study leetcode by the recruiter. I studied my heart out for two weeks. The technical challenge was a variation of the merge interval leetcode. It is very easy. If there is time the interviewer will give you another variation of the interval problem. I thought I did a phenomenal job, that was until the recruiter sent a generic rejection email. I followed up and she said that I did not pass and could not elaborate. It was a shock to me because I took a screenshot of the passing tests - they all passed. I asked questions, I listened to the instructions, wasn't stumped on anything... I'm still confused.

I applied online and received an email from the talent team requesting an initial screening interview. I provided my availability, and never heard back. I wrote back asking if they had other times available, but was ghosted.
