After I applied to the job I got a call from recruiter in two days. She scheduled a video interview with hiring manager. Interview with HM took about 30-45 I think. After the interview I got a call from recruiter to ask me to come to face to face interview.
My face to face interview went very well. I didn't feel any pressure. The questions were reasonable to my skills. I interviewed with 3 people, all of them were very thoughtful and offered me a water and asked me if I needed anything else.
After two-tree days I got a call from recruiter and a hiring manager with offer.

Worst experience ever. You definitely need to know Japanese in order to work here. Communication is essential for QA position, not sure how can a person would survive without this knowledge in mercari. Do not expect any meaningful answers for your questions during the interview.

Coupon
Credits
Balance
Card (paypal)
The order of priority is Coupon>Credits>Balance>Card(PayPal)
All of the payment method can be applied to multiple
User can choose whether to apply Balance or not, but Coupon and Credits must be used automatically
User can not purchase items using only Coupon
User can purchase items using only Credits,only Balance,or only Card (PayPal)
We will distribute Coupons to users and the conditions are as follows
Condition 1: 10% discount from item price
Condition 2: User can use only for items of $10 or more
Condition 3: The maximum amount discounted is up to $10
Note: Item price can not be $10.10 ($10 after $11).
Note: If the user has Credits $9 and Balance $3, if the user tries to purchase a $10 item, $1 will be discounted at Coupon and $9 will be purchased using Credits and there is no possibility to use Balance or to use Card.
