Interview
The Interview process took 2 days.
Day 1:
Online test which had aptitude, technical 1,technical 2 and programming sections.
All questions were of average difficulty.
Out of 300 people (not accurate) 80 people cleared first round.
Day 2:
The whole group was divided into 2. And the job profiles were different. One was for IT and other for global solutions. What was the constraint used to divide into 2 groups is not known.
I was in IT group.
Technical interview:
All topics of C and C++ .
Detailed description of project.
Some managerial questions.
The interviewers were so friendly that I discussed rather than only answering to questions.
MR round:
Some of the questions:
Tell me about yourself.
Your hobbies.
Why Benz?
And some other questions based on resume.
HR round:
Some of the questions:
Why benz?
About projects
Do you have any offer ?
These were the questions asked for me.. they differ with panels.
Don't lie at any stage..if you have an offer just tell about that.
At last in IT 13 people got selected and I was one among them. I was the only one from our college for IT. 2 people from our college got into Global solutions.

First they have a aptitude test. It can be a mix of technical and aptitude questions.
People who clear it then have a multiple rounds of interviews.
This is the pattern many employers follow for GET hiring. be prepared with thorough information about your graduation project.
